If you haven't noticed the enamel dots are popping everywhere. So I searched for videos to make my own as they can be little pricey and not always you can find them in the colors you would like.
So I used some basic pearls and SU! In Color nail polish (available to demonstrators only) to make my own. But you can use any other nail polish in any color you would like.
Note: Rhinestones work as well, you may need to apply 2 coats of nail polish though.
